The Last of Us Part 1 PC Performance and Benchmarks

This article shows you the Last Of Us Part 1, PC Performance Benchmarks, and we will also test out how much FPS you can get with a different range of PCs.

TLOU, or The last of US Part 1, is a 3rd-person adventure game from the Naughty Dog LLC developer. It is a Sony Playstation Console game recently launched on the PC Platform. As it has been widely accepted in the Single Player Gaming Community, it has bagged approximately 200 prizes.

The game is set in an abandoned world where people have been infected and converted into human-eating zombies or cannibals. The game has separate military bases, and they have been ordered to shoot on sight, so you will have to leverage the situation. You must find your path, survive, and protect yourself from all the enemies you will face on the road.

The Last of Us was a highly anticipated title for PC gamers because of its excellent storyline and graphics. The game came out in 2013 and has been on the high-priority playlist for all PC Gamers. But the game came in with a lot of disappointment, especially in terms of its performance at the launch date itself.

So we waited for some patches from the dev before writing down this article and testing the game, as we didn’t want to benchmark a broken game. And without further delay, let’s check out The Last of US Part 1 PC Performance on different configurations of Gaming PC systems.

Final Thoughts on The Last of Us Part 1 PC Performance and Benchmarks

This game has been poorly optimized for the PC platform as you have seen its performance on different Gaming PC configurations. System 1, which holds a very high configuration, delivers a 68 FPS Avg in 4K Ultra settings, where we expected at least a minimum of 100 Fps on average. Even with solid hardware, this game failed to deliver an acceptable performance.

On the other hand, we can see that the AMD FSR has a big compatibility issue, as the game is getting almost unplayable when we turn On the feature. Besides, another noticeable wrong impression is that barely any negligible FPS differences can be seen when the game runs on 16GB and 32GB RAM.

With the current state, the game won’t be an excellent choice to buy; instead, you should wait for a while until the game becomes more stable in terms of performance.
